What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free gives you 2 calendars total, with 1 calendar per channel — perfect for trying out the product or for very small teams. Premium unlocks the full feature set: unlimited calendars, multiple calendars per channel, advanced reminders (custom timing, multiple per event, user-specific), event categories with color coding, and priority email support.
Do I get all features on Premium regardless of my workspace size?
Yes. Every Premium plan includes the complete feature set. The only thing that changes between Premium tiers is the price, which is based on your workspace size.
What's included in Enterprise?
Enterprise is for workspaces on Slack Enterprise Grid (typically 1000+ users) and includes everything in Premium plus Slack Enterprise Grid support, a dedicated Slack support channel, custom onboarding, and PO/invoice billing. Contact us for a quote.
How is my workspace size calculated?
We count full members and multi-channel guests in your Slack workspace. Single-channel guests, bots, and deactivated users are not counted.
How do I know which band I fall into?
At checkout, we automatically detect your workspace size via Slack and show you the matching price. You can also see your current member count and band in your dashboard.
What happens if my workspace grows or shrinks?
At your next renewal, we'll check your current workspace size and bill you at the appropriate band's price. You don't need to do anything — it adjusts automatically. If you grow into a higher band, you'll pay the new price at next renewal. If you shrink into a lower band, you'll pay less.
Will I be charged immediately if my workspace grows mid-month?
No. Your price stays the same until your next renewal date. Changes only take effect at renewal, so there are no surprise mid-cycle charges.
What if my workspace temporarily spikes (e.g., short-term contractors)?
Your band is evaluated at each renewal. If the spike happens between renewals, it won't affect your bill. If it persists through a renewal date, you'll move to the appropriate band at that point.
Do you offer monthly or annual billing?
Both. Annual billing comes with a 20% discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card via Stripe for self-serve plans. Enterprise plans support invoicing and purchase orders.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I use the Free plan forever?
Yes. There's no time limit on the Free plan. It's designed for small teams or anyone wanting to try the product without commitment.
What happens if I hit the Free plan limits?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Premium if you try to add a 3rd calendar or a second calendar to a channel. Your existing calendars and events remain accessible.
Does the Free plan have all the features?
Free includes the core calendar functionality — create events in Slack, basic 15-minute reminders, multi-day events, and the App Home dashboard — but is limited to 2 calendars and 1 per channel. Advanced reminders, event categories with color coding, multiple calendars per channel, and priority email support are Premium-only.
